Fees and eligibility
We charge a small fee on tickets sold through Hadath. The rate is confirmed when your organisation is approved.
We list established events with a named organiser or venue and published dates: concerts, sport, festivals, exhibitions, conferences, theatre and large family events. Private parties are not listed.

Who can sell tickets on Hadath?+
Established organisers and venues with a valid UAE trade licence. We check the licence, the person authorised to sign and the payout account before approval.
What does it cost?+
We charge a small fee on tickets sold through Hadath. The rate is confirmed when your organisation is approved.
When do I get paid?+
Your dashboard shows sales, our fee and what is owed to you. Payouts are made by bank transfer to the account you verified and are recorded in the dashboard.
Can I keep selling on my own site?+
Yes. You can list an event and link to your own ticket seller, or sell it here, per event.
What documents do I need?+
A current trade licence, a passport or Emirates ID for your authorised representative, and details of the payout account. A bank letter is recommended.
How does check-in work?+
Every ticket has a unique QR code and a short code. Staff sign in to the dashboard on a phone and scan or type the code at the door.
