A plain-language draft. It must be reviewed by a UAE legal adviser before tickets are sold or organisers are onboarded.
Information
Hadath publishes information about events run by other people. Dates, prices, line-ups and conditions are checked against the sources named on each page on the date shown, but they change, and the organiser's own announcement is always the final word. We are not responsible for changes, cancellations or postponements.
Tickets
Some events can be bought on Hadath: the event page shows a ticket selector and the seller is the verified organiser, with Hadath collecting payment and issuing the ticket on the organiser's behalf. For every other event the Get tickets button opens the organiser's own site or an authorised seller, and the purchase is a contract between you and that seller. Refunds, transfers, age limits and entry conditions are set by the organiser. Only buy from the seller or the checkout linked on the listing.
A ticket is valid for one admission and is checked at the door by its code. A ticket that has been scanned cannot be used again, and a refunded or cancelled ticket is void.
Organiser accounts
Organisers sign in with a Google account. To sell tickets an organisation must be verified: we review its trade licence, the person authorised to act for it and its payout account, and may ask for more. We can approve, reject, suspend or remove an organisation or an event at any time, for example if documents are invalid, an event is not what it was described to be, or a buyer is put at risk. You confirm that everything you supply is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the organisation.
Fees and payouts
We charge a small fee on tickets sold through Hadath. The rate is confirmed when an organisation is approved and shown in its dashboard. Ticket revenue less our fee is paid to the verified bank account and each payout is recorded in the dashboard. Where an order is refunded, the amount is deducted from what is owed.
Event support
Organisers can ask Sparkling Sandset for services such as catering, staging, transport or activations. A request is not an order: scope and price are agreed in a written quote before any work starts.
Submitting an event
By submitting or publishing a listing you confirm you are authorised to act for the organiser and that anything you supply, including photographs, is yours to publish or properly licensed. We may edit, decline or remove a listing, and we review events before they are published.
Photographs
Third-party photographs are used under the licence stated in their credit. If you own a photograph shown here and want it credited differently or removed, tell us through the correction form on the About page.
Limits
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on a listing, from an event being changed or cancelled by its organiser, or from a third party's website.
