January: the International Championship
The AJP Tour calendar lists the Abu Dhabi International Jiu-Jitsu Championship from 15 to 17 January 2027 at Mubadala Arena, in the gi format. The calendar marks it as announced.
May: the Grand Slam
The Abu Dhabi stop of the Grand Slam Jiu-Jitsu World Tour 2026-27 is on 7 to 9 May 2027, also at Mubadala Arena. The AJP Tour's Gulf Regional Championship is separately listed for 19 to 21 March in Dubai, with the venue to be confirmed.
Planning notes
The January championship overlaps the weekend of the Dubai Marathon on 17 January. For tickets and spectator information, use the AJP Tour's site; the calendar does not print prices.
Who these events are for
Both events are professional tour stops run by Abu Dhabi Jiu Jitsu Pro, the AJP Tour, at Mubadala Arena. They are built around competitors, so registration for athletes and entry for spectators are handled separately on the tour's site. The calendar lists dates and venues but no prices, so we cannot tell you what a spectator ticket costs. Check the tour's site close to each date, as the schedule can change.
